The Vision

Work is a calling,
not just a job.

Most Christian private schools compete on one axis: college-prep credentials in a faith environment. That is a legitimate value proposition. It is also a crowded, expensive, and difficult-to-differentiate market.

TDR is building something different. A school where the diploma is not the finish line — it is the launchpad. Where Biblical teaching, rigorous academics, and a clear path to economic self-sufficiency are not separate things, but a single, unified mission.

We believe every child is capable of something extraordinary. Our role is to plant the seed, nurture the roots, and watch them grow into something fruitful in their own life — for the glory of God and the good of this community.

“Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings.”

Proverbs 22:29

The Protestant concept of vocation as calling, the biblical dignity of skilled labor, and the stewardship of God-given talent give TDR a faith narrative that secular programs cannot replicate. This is a competitive advantage, not a footnote.

Planting good seed in our future leaders

Your Impact

What every dollar
actually does.

TDR is a non-profit institution. Every fee and every gift goes directly to operations and student support. Below is exactly where donor dollars land.

Direct Student Support

The money goes
to the students.
Full stop.

We are transparent about every dollar. No administrative bloat, no vanity programs. Gifts fund the things that directly change a student’s daily experience and long-term trajectory.

For families navigating financial hardship, donor support is often the difference between a child accessing a quality education and going without. That is the weight of every gift we receive.

Classroom Materials & Resources

Textbooks, learning tools, and curriculum materials that give every student the foundation they need to succeed academically.

Scholarship Assistance

Direct tuition relief for families who do not qualify for state scholarship programs but still cannot afford full fees. No child turned away for financial reasons.

Counseling & Student Wellness

Dedicated therapy space, vetted counseling providers, and the support infrastructure that keeps students emotionally present and ready to learn.

Faith & Character Formation

Bible instruction, vocation theology, and life skills programming that shapes graduates who are not just educated, but genuinely equipped for life.

The Curriculum

Four pillars.
One student.

Every subject is taught through the lens of a Christian worldview — developing the whole student academically, physically, and spiritually.

Academic Core

Common Core

Standards-aligned instruction in Mathematics, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. ESL support included. Students are prepared for any educational path ahead of them.

Faith Formation

Bible Studies

Scripture runs through everything at TDR. Old and New Testament study, the life and teachings of Christ, and the development of a personal, lifelong relationship with faith.

Physical Development

Physical Education

Discipline, teamwork, and healthy habits built through structured physical instruction, team sports, Health, and Life Skills. Whole-child education includes the body.

Individual Expression

Electives

Art, Foreign Language, Music, and more. Electives celebrate each student’s unique gifts and give them space to discover what makes them capable of something extraordinary.

Student Wellness

Counseling & Support

Dedicated therapy space and vetted provider relationships ensure students with additional needs have access to the support they deserve, within the school environment.

The Growth Roadmap

Where we’re
headed.

TDR is not building a larger school. It is building a better one — a model that other institutions in Central Florida and beyond will point to as the standard for what faith-based education can accomplish when it takes economic outcomes seriously.

The three-phase roadmap below outlines where donor investment goes over the next four years. Each phase builds on the last and is designed to be self-funding within 36 months.

Your gift today accelerates Phase 1 — the foundation that makes everything else possible.

Phase 1 — Year 1

Foundation

Curriculum upgrade, accreditation pursuit, employer advisory board formation, and launch of first career pathway tracks. Low capital, high leverage.

Phase 2 — Years 2–3

Revenue & Growth

Employer workforce partnerships, adult evening certificate programs, summer intensives, and first grant applications. Programs become self-sustaining.

Phase 3 — Years 3–4

Scale & Differentiate

Enrollment growth to 300–500 students, expanded trade tracks, facility improvement funded by grants, and a published Graduate Outcomes Report annually.

The Student Pipeline

From enrollment to employed.

The pathway every student follows — a clear, four-year plan with a confirmed outcome on the other side.

Grade 9

Career Selection
