If you opt in through the chat widget on our website, you agree to receive text messages from TDR Learning Academy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform, is permitted. All other categories exclude text‑messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our services — for example, with trusted service providers who help us run our website, forms, and messaging program (such as our email delivery provider and our messaging platform), and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. As a K–12 school, we handle student education records in accordance with applicable laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
